5. Limitation of Liability: OCG will exert reasonable efforts to provide accurate and reliable services. However, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, unless caused by our gross negligence.

6. Termination of Services: Either party reserves the right to terminate services with a written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for settling any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
